Plans
Start and Plus — the commission rates and per-ticket caps, what each plan includes, custom terms, and how switching plans works.
Bookitive has two standard plans plus custom terms. All of them charge a commission per paid online ticket — the plans differ in the rate, the cap, and which features are included.
Rates
| Plan | Commission | Per-ticket cap |
|---|---|---|
| Start | 2.9 % | 25 Kč / €1 |
| Plus | 3.9 % | 35 Kč / €1.50 |
| Custom | Negotiated | Negotiated |
Box-office sales and free tickets are 0 on every plan. The cap means the fee on a 2,000 Kč ticket is the cap, not 3–4 % of the whole thing.
What's included
Start covers the full selling toolkit:
- Interactive seating plans and venue templates,
- Embeddable checkout and hosted event pages,
- Bank-transfer payments with QR codes and automatic matching,
- PDF tickets with QR codes, emailed to buyers,
- Mobile check-in with live statistics,
- Discount codes and scheduled price phases,
- Free tickets and box-office sales at no charge.
Plus adds the protection-and-growth tier:
- Rotating QR tickets — the code keeps changing, so a screenshot or forwarded ticket is useless,
- the anti-scalping suite — per-person limits, phone verification, a review queue for suspicious orders, allow/deny lists,
- AI sponsor outreach — Bookitive researches a company and drafts a personal partnership email,
- offline check-in for large venues — scanning works without internet and syncs when the signal returns,
- priority support.
Custom is for organizers whose scale warrants negotiated rates and caps; anything left unspecified falls back to Start's terms.
Plans are currently about rates and support, not locked features — the Plus capabilities are described on the billing page as what the tier represents. Check the billing page for the live, current feature split for your account before relying on a specific inclusion.
Switching plans
Plan changes are forward-only: a switch applies to tickets sold after it, never retroactively — consistent with commission being frozen at the sale. The change is recorded in your audit log.
The billing profile
Alongside the plan, your billing profile holds the invoicing details Bookitive needs to bill you: company or organization name, IČO and DIČ, address, invoicing email, and your invoice currency (automatic by country, or pick one). Publishing your first event prompts for this if it's missing.
