Branding
Make customer emails look like yours — logo, accent color, footer text, and the bank/payment details printed on reservation emails — with a live preview.
Email branding (Settings → Branding) controls how your customer emails look: "logo, colour, footer. Empty fields fall back to the Bookitive defaults." It's the visual layer beneath the email texts.
What you can set
- Logo URL — shown in the email header; leave empty and your organization name appears instead.
- Accent color — the brand color for headings and the button.
- Footer text — one line at the bottom of every customer email (your organization's name, a contact, a tagline).
- Bank account / payment details — listed with the variable symbol in reservation emails and on the order detail. This is the account buyers pay into.
A preview shows roughly how the order emails render, so you tune the look without sending yourself test after test.
Where branding shows up
Branding applies to every customer-facing email — confirmations, reservations, reminders, waitlist mail. Your logo, accent, and footer wrap them all, and the payment details appear wherever a bank transfer is expected.
Branding is the look; sender name and reply-to (how the email appears in the inbox — the From name and where replies go) live with the email texts, under the Sender section. Set both so your mail reads as you in the inbox and in the body.
A note on the bank account
The payment details here are the same payout account configured under Payments. Keep them consistent — this is the number buyers transfer to, prefilled into the QR code. Changing it affects future reservation emails; already-sent ones keep the old details, so time a change outside a sales peak.
