Managing orders
The order lists and the order detail — search, the risky filter, mark paid, cancel, expiry changes, resending emails, approve/reject, and per-ticket actions.
Orders live in two places: per event (the event sidebar's Orders — your daily view) and organization-wide (every event's orders in one searchable list, for "I know the name but not the event" moments). Both lead to the same order detail.
The lists
- Search finds orders by reference, buyer name, or email — accent-insensitive, so Novak finds Novák.
- Status filters cut to reserved, paid, cancelled, expired, or in review; the event list adds a Risky filter for orders with an elevated risk score.
- Quick actions live right on the rows — mark paid, cancel, resend — for the common cases that don't need the full detail.
The order detail
One page with everything about a purchase:
- Items — each seat or quantity with its price, including which price phase produced it.
- Customer — name, email, phone (with its verification state), and the risk assessment with named reasons when the order scored.
- Payment — method, bank account and variable symbol while a transfer is pending, paid timestamp once settled.
- Tickets — each issued ticket with its code, validity, PDF download, and (for rotating delivery) the Unbind device action.
- Timeline & audit — what happened and who did it, from creation to the latest change.
- The order's seats on the map — highlighted, with Move seat one click away.
Actions
| Action | When | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Mark as paid | A reserved order paid outside the automatic flow (cash on pickup, transfer to another account). | Settles the order, issues and emails tickets. |
| Cancel | Any live order. | Releases seats, revokes tickets. Cancelling a paid, bank-matched order automatically queues a refund back to the payer's account. |
| Change expiry | A reservation needs more (or less) time. | Moves that order's deadline; reminders respect it. |
| Resend email | "I can't find the email." | Resends payment instructions (reserved) or tickets (paid). |
| Approve / Reject | The order is in review. | Approve settles the normal flow; reject cancels with a neutral email that discloses no reason. |
| Download tickets PDF | Anytime after payment. | The full ticket set, for printing or re-sending manually. |
Every action lands in the order's timeline and the audit log with the actor's name — three months later you'll know exactly who extended that deadline and when.
