Deals

Per-event sponsor deals — what each sponsor gives, the status pipeline from negotiating to fulfilled, the assignee, and adding sponsors in bulk from the book.

Not verified yet

A deal is one sponsor's arrangement for one event: "jewellery for the tombola", promised, to be picked up next Tuesday, handled by Marie. The event's Sponsors tab lists them all — "who sponsors this event and what they give — prizes, goods or money."

A deal record

  • Sponsor — picked from the book.
  • What they give — the item or contribution ("e.g. jewellery for the tombola"), and an amount in CZK where it's money.
  • Status — where the arrangement stands (below).
  • Pickup / delivery date — so nothing is forgotten the week of the event.
  • Responsible person — the team member who arranges the gift: pickup, contract, thanks. Accountability in one field.

The status pipeline

DeclinedThey passed on this event.

A separate contract signed marker records the paperwork where a sponsorship needs it. The column shows outreach context too — in campaign, emailed on a date — so you see at a glance whether a quiet sponsor has even been contacted.

Adding sponsors to an event

Two ways:

  • Add sponsor — one at a time, recording the deal as you go.
  • Add from book — bulk-pick from your sponsor book; each selected company gets a deal created in the Negotiating state, ready to progress. The fast way to seed an event from last year's supporters.

Removing a sponsor from an event deletes only that event's deal — the sponsor stays in the book with its history intact.

Deals and campaigns feed each other: a campaign reply marked Interested is your cue to create (or advance) a deal, and willing sponsors surfaced by outreach land here for the assignee to close.
